The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the courtyard with orange trees. The location was convenient, close to the blue gate and within walking distance of the Medina. The reception staff were extremely nice and provided great assistance during our stay.

The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was in the gorgeous garden and a mix of breads, dips and fresh orange juice....perfect start to the day. We were given helpful advice with maps on where we were, how to get round the Medina. I would recommend this Riad without any doubt. Fes was magical and this was the perfect place to come back to after hunting round the souks!!

Friendly staff, convenient location, and delicious food. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. They were always willing to assist with any questions or requests we had. The hotel's location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. We also enjoyed the delicious food offered at the hotel, which was prepared with great care and tasted amazing.
One downside of staying at this hotel was the limited dining options in the immediate vicinity. We found ourselves having to venture out to find restaurants to have a variety of meals.

The riad was clean and in a good location, but the customer service here was terrible
The staff at this riad are only interested in your money, and stop being friendly and helpful once they realize that you are not happy to be ripped off with their extortionate additional costs. We were roped into eating dinner at the riad, and were charged over 5 times the average amount a dinner like this (a simple tagine and a couple of side dishes) costs in good restaurants in Fes, or even London! The cost of the dinner was higher than the room itself. They insisted we had to pay for this separately in cash and could not add it to our hotel bill to be paid by card. Eventually we paid by card but the staff member was angry that he 'would not get his tip' this way.

We really got value for our money at the Riad Jardin Chrifa. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our needs. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like family, especially Hamid and Youssef who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Breakfast choices could be improved with better quality juice and coffee, and more variety and quantity offered.

The location is perfect for exploring the medina. Easy to find if You take a texi to the Batha Fountain and it is only 3-4 minutes walk from there. The staff was very kind for help and Myriam speaks english very well.
We stayed there in November and the weather was a little bit cold, but we could use the aircon for heating. The very small bathroom is enough to take a shower.
